Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Recruit healthcare professionals for various US positions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Work closely with the recruitment and account management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Prior US Healthcare Recruitment experience is preferred.
