Job Role
- Operate and manage 3D printing systems (FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS, etc.)
- Prepare and optimize print files (slicing, orientation, supports) using software like Ultimaker Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Materialise Magics
- Monitor production runs and troubleshoot print failures
- Handle post-processing (cleaning, curing, finishing, heat treatment)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances
- Maintain production logs and documentation
- Work with design teams to improve Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM)
- Optimize machine utilization and reduce material wastage
- Perform preventive maintenance of 3D printers
- Ensure safety and compliance with industrial standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in additive manufacturing / 3D printing(Fresher can also apply)
- Certification of Autocad or any design course
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
