- Pre-Service Prep: Complete mise en place (set up of tables, linens, cutlery, and glassware) and ensure side stations are fully stocked before service begins. [1]
- Hygiene & Safety: Comply with food safety protocols (such as HACCP). Clear tables promptly, manage spills, and ensure all dining and storage areas remain clean and sanitized. [1, 2, 3]
