Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager - Field Sales to lead initiatives focused on identifying and engaging with business partners to generate new business opportunities for the company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and critical thinking skills, along with a proven track record of successfully implementing strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to broaden the company's business portfolio.
● Build and maintain new relationships to drive business growth and support the company's expansion goals.
● Explore new channels to develop prospects and identify potential leads.
● Conduct client meetings across different locations within the assigned region to establish and strengthen business relationships.
● Work closely with management to negotiate, finalise, and close deals with prospective clients.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
● 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience in business development.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strongly focused and target-oriented approach towards business development.
● Sound understanding of finance and related terminology.
● Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the regional language.
● A personal two-wheeler is mandatory.
● Willingness to travel across different locations within the assigned region.
● Previous experience in handling discussions, presentations, or proposals with CXOs and senior decision-makers is essential.
