We are looking for an HR Executive to join our client's team.
Location: Near CMC, Ludhiana
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in HR
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and HR operations
- Ability to lead and manage the team, allocate tasks, and monitor performance
- Responsible for team reporting
- Familiarity with HR policies and statutory compliance is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
