Job Summary
Pioneer Motors is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to oversee daily service center operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workshop functioning, monitoring service processes, coordinating with technicians and service advisors, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop and service floor activities.
- Monitor job card movement and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Spare Parts teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper allocation of work to technicians based on skill and workload.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of service work.
- Ensure adherence to company service processes and safety standards.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Track pending jobs and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
- Monitor technician attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Support service target achievement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Prepare daily operational reports and update management on workshop performance.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile service operations or workshop supervision.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler service procedures and workshop operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
