Key Responsibilities
- Plant Layout Design: Create optimized 3D equipment layouts considering safety distances, operational ease, and maintenance access.
- Piping Design & Stress Analysis: Design piping networks for high-pressure gas (up to 250 bar at filling stations) and corrosive raw gas containing $H_2S$ and moisture.
- Equipment Specification: Generate data sheets for mechanical equipment including solid feeders, biomass pumps, hydro-cyclones, gas blowers, and flare systems.
- MTO Generation: Produce accurate Material Take-Offs (MTOs) for pipes, valves, fittings, and insulation materials to assist procurement.
Key Technical Skills & Software
- Software: AutoCAD 3D, SolidWorks, Plant 3D, CAESAR II (for stress analysis).
- Core Skills: Knowledge of ASME codes (B31.3 for process piping), pump hydraulics, and material selection (e.g., SS304/SS316 for corrosive bio-gas environments).
