Job Summary
Craft Interactive Technologies is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting the company's ERP solutions, and generating business opportunities.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a passion for sales are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Introduce and promote the company's ERP solutions and services.
- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM/ERP system.
- Support the sales team in achieving business and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, customer service, or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in interacting with customers and building relationships.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of ERP solutions will be an added advantage.
