Roles & Responsibilities of an Executive Housekeeper
- Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties efficiently.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and control inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare departmental reports and manage the housekeeping budget effectively.
