Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for digital marketing trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
- Create and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage and optimize company presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to develop effective marketing materials.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Recommend and implement innovative marketing strategies to improve lead generation and return on investment (ROI).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or related digital marketing programs.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email automation platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of graphic design, video editing, or website management is an advantage.
