We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in the optical industry and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication, order coordination, complaint resolution, and maintaining customer records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with production, sales, and dispatch teams regarding customer orders.
Maintain customer records, order status, and reports in Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely updates.
Support order tracking, delivery follow-up, and service coordination.
Maintain proper documentation and customer data.
Ensure professional communication with customers and internal departments.
Requirements
Experience in the optical industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Reports, etc.).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle customer issues professionally.
Basic knowledge of order processing and inventory coordination.
Minimum qualification: Any Degree/Diploma.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
