- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of system operations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Energy.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience in optimizing code performance and enhancing application efficiency.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques specific to SAP environments.
