Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist with 1–3 years of experience to provide professional spa treatments and ensure a relaxing, high-quality experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform spa therapies including body massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness treatments.
- Assess clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments and spa packages.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment area.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
- Follow spa protocols, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain treatment records and client preferences.
- Promote spa products and services to guests.
- Coordinate with reception and spa management for appointment scheduling.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of spa equipment and products.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a spa, salon, hotel, or resort.
- Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, and Wellness Treatments.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to create a relaxing and welcoming environment for guests.
