The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, sales performance, and team management across multiple outlets/locations within a defined region in the food business. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of multiple food outlets/cloud kitchens/restaurants within the assigned area.
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and delivery teams for smooth operations.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for all outlets in the region.
- Monitor inventory, wastage control, and cost efficiency across locations.
- Lead and supervise outlet managers and staff across locations.
- Conduct training sessions on customer service, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Monitor reviews, feedback, and ratings across platforms.
- Track KPIs such as sales, food cost, labor cost, and delivery performance.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and local food safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any
- 4+ years of experience in food business (QSR, restaurants, cloud kitchens, or F&B retail)
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and supply chain
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with multi-outlet management
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
