Job Responsibility
- Manage Public Image & Reputation:Oversee the hospital's public perception by maintaining its brand image and reputation through various communication activities.
- Media Relations:Write and distribute press releases, arrange press conferences, and facilitate interviews for hospital administrators or healthcare providers.
- Internal & External Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for public and media inquiries, providing information on new services, treatments, and hospital developments.
- Patient and Family Support:Orient patients and their families to hospital facilities, procedures, and ward rules, ensuring they receive clear guidance and support.
- Crisis Management:Effectively manage communication during emergencies or stressful situations to maintain public trust and the hospital's integrity.
- Promotional Activities:Work on marketing and promotional initiatives to advertise the hospital's services and expertise.
- Coordination:Act as a liaison between patients, the public, and the hospital staff, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
Pay: ₹11,509.91 - ₹40,932.32 per month
