As a Sr. Engineering Manager, you will set and direct the engineering sales department’s activities. You will work with management, logistics, and test staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing components. You’ll be responsible for daily monitoring and resolution of technical issues and validation of engineering changes that arise from revised requirements. You will interface with our sales engineering managers and our customer’s design engineers to resolve potential supply or programming issues and provide technical assistance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors of Science or Master’s degree in any Engineering field.
6-8+ years’ experience in engineering management role
Strong computer and database skills
Ability to write software in Python, C/C++/VB/C# or other high-level language
