We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Telecalling Agent cum Office Coordinator to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth office operations. You will assist with scheduling, maintaining records, and supporting daily administrative tasks while engaging with clients or potential customers to promote products/services, answer queries, and provide follow-up information. A blend of excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask is key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Answer incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries or issues
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the office team
- Maintain office records and databases
- Assist with administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and assist with office management
- Support the team with daily operational tasks and special projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or office coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Suite)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹9,095.06 - ₹22,137.00 per month
