Job Title: Back Office Executive
Department: Administration / Operations
Job Summary:
The Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, supporting front office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day backend functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately
- Handle data entry and documentation work
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
- Manage emails, reports, and internal communications
- Prepare reports, MIS, and daily activity updates
- Assist in billing, documentation, and record verification
- Handle inventory records and office supplies
- Support front office and management when required
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for audits and compliance
Skills & Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of office procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream
- Relevant experience preferred (0–3 years)
