Job Description
We are looking for a smart and organized Back Office & Online Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, online sales, quotations, and back-office operations for our LED Display Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Website.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM.
- Process sales orders and maintain records.
- Support customers with product information and order status.
- Manage online inquiries from digital platforms and social media.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email, and Excel.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Back Office will be preferred.
