- Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures
- Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies
- Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
- Assist in forecasting to plan future orders
- Implementing measures to control stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitoring the shelves stock and product displays and the general appearance of the store
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to purchase department for corrective action
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures in the store
- Supervise, evaluate, and coach subordinates
- Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to read and write well in English
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices followed in a store
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
- A confident and determined approach
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Team player
Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferably with a management degree)
- 5-6 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
