Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle accounting, documentation, data management, and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent Gujarati and English typing skills. Key Responsibilities - Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping. - Record purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries. - Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation work. - Prepare and maintain business documents, reports, and records. - Manage tender, compliance, and office documentation. - Prepare MIS reports and data analysis using MS Excel. - Draft emails, letters, and official correspondence. - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and government departments. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping. - Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP preferred). - Knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP Software. - Gujarati Typing and English Typing proficiency. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. Qualification - B.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related
