Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Salesforce customization, integrations, and platform development using Apex, Lightning technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
- Ensure Salesforce security, governance, and development best practices are followed.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
- Optimize application performance and improve system scalability.

- 6+ years of relevant Salesforce development experience.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Hands-on experience with:

- CI/CD Pipelines
- DevOps Processes
- Good understanding of OOPS concepts and GitOps practices.
Additional Skills
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Einstein AI.
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Platform Developer I / II
- App Builder
- Salesforce Administrator
