Alpha Creators Institute of Design is hiring a Telecalling Executive to handle student inquiries, follow-ups, demo bookings, and admission support.
Responsibilities
Call students and parents for course inquiries
Explain course details, demo sessions, fees, and scholarship information
Follow up with interested leads
Handle WhatsApp and incoming call inquiries
Maintain basic inquiry and follow-up records
Coordinate with the admission/counseling team
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
Basic English communication preferred
Confident and polite phone-speaking skills
Basic mobile/computer handling
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
