Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to contact prospective students and provide information about courses and admission procedures. The candidate will handle student enquiries, follow up on leads, and support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.
Handle inbound enquiries regarding courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Explain course details and benefits clearly to students and parents.
Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate call records and update student information in the database.
Schedule appointments for academic counsellors when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
Requirements
Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers can apply)
Languages: Malayalam (mandatory) and basic English
Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, and basic computer knowledge.
