Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Goan Cuisine for our Multicuisine Fine Dining Restaurant to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic Goan cuisine, maintain high food quality and hygiene standards, and be capable of managing their assigned section efficiently while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Goan dishes while maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to standard recipes and portion specifications.
- Manage the Goan cuisine section and oversee daily mise en place.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate ingredient requirements to the Purchase/Store team.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage using FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, including Commis chefs.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders during service.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a CDP or Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Goan cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Goan seafood, meat, vegetarian dishes, curries, gravies, masalas, and traditional cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
- Culinary qualification is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
