Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years as:
- Regional Relationship Manager
- Relationship Manager
- Or similar sales/partner management role
- Experience in automobile or relevant industry is an advantage
Salary Range: 70k to 75k
Roles:
Responsible for developing & supporting the franchise partners for their business growth Accountable for holistic growth of the respective region for brand enhancement. Accountable for the sales target for the region Maintain relationship with existing franchise partner Tracking franchisee growth Provide training and development to the existing franchise owner/team Acting as the main point of contact for assigned franchise partners Liaison with various department like customer support, Franchise execution team, logistic, accounts etc. for the smooth functioning of franchise. Promptly responding to franchise partner requests/queries and resolve them as per company policy Works very closely with franchisee//'s & internal team (stock allocation, Marketing, Merchandising and Visual) and contribute, in a positive manner. Ensuring that franchise stores comply with regulations. Preparing reports and submitting them to management as and when required Develop strong product and it’s technical knowledge. Collecting feedback as well as analyse & study regional market trends, Competition and discover new opportunities for growth Qualification:
- MBA in Sales / Business Administration or relevant field
- Strong understanding of franchise operations preferred
- Frequently travel will be a part of the job.
