Shift Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Must-Haves for This Role
Education: Degree/Diploma/Post Graduation in Marketing, Filmmaking, Mass Media, Animation or any related creative field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
Video Skills: Expert in video shooting and editing software.
Portfolio: Ensure your CV includes links to your social media portfolio.
Soft Skills: Creative thinking & good communication.
Candidate preferred location: Thane, Mumbai or Navi Mumbai.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. (15 to 30 days max)
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short-form and long-form videos showcasing company products tech, customer sites and events.
- Travel to various locations for on-site video shoots.
- Edit raw footage with clean transitions, good sound design and color grading.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats and music styles.
- Partner with the social media strategy team to deliver videos on time for content scheduling.
Expectation:
Strategic Storytelling: Ability to translate abstract business goals into compelling, narrative-driven video concepts that resonate with the target audience.
Full Production Mastery: End-to-end ownership of the video lifecycle, from initial script writing and story boarding to directing, shooting, editing and final post-production.
Technical Fluency: Expertise in modern video production workflows, including advanced operation and post-production software.
Goal-Oriented Output: Ensuring that all creative output is strategically designed to achieve a measurable business impact, rather than just aesthetic appeal.
Compensation Package
Hike on current CTC, based strictly on industry experience, core skills, and technical evaluation.
