Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of freight forwarding services.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and trends.
- Convert leads into business opportunities through effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market analysis to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Email Etiquette: Ability to draft professional and effective emails.
- Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
