Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fabric Quality Control Executive to inspect and ensure the quality of fabrics received and processed. The ideal candidate should have experience in fabric inspection, defect identification, and quality standards within the textile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and finished fabrics for quality compliance.
- Identify and report fabric defects, shade variations, and construction issues.
- Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
- Coordinate with production and sourcing teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Ensure adherence to customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Monitor fabric testing and quality assurance procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in fabric quality control.
- Knowledge of fabric inspection systems and textile quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare quality reports and communicate findings effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with knitted and woven fabrics.
- Understanding of GSM, shrinkage, color fastness, and fabric testing methods.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation.
