Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer who understands how to turn ideas into visually compelling narratives.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-impact visual assets across digital platforms, ensuring every creative output aligns with brand identity, communicates clearly, and drives engagement. You should have a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, layout, and modern visual trends — while still being rooted in clarity and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and digital platforms.
- Develop brand-aligned visual concepts, layouts, and design systems.
- Create high-quality static posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video teams to translate ideas into powerful visual storytelling.
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Work on ad creatives optimized for performance and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably in digital media or branding environments.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, and digital ads.
- Ability to understand brand voice and translate it into consistent visual output.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt to new tools and design trends.
Bonus:
Experience with motion graphics (After Effects).
Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX collaborations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
