Position: Electrical Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with proven expertise in the execution and commissioning of solar power projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical installation, cable laying, termination, testing, and commissioning activities associated with HT/LT systems and solar plants.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution and supervision of electrical works for solar power projects.
HT/LT cable laying, dressing, glanding, and termination.
Installation, testing, and commissioning of VCB panels, HT panels, LT panels, and associated switchgear.
Transformer erection, testing, and commissioning.
Substation electrical works, including equipment installation and interconnections.
Preparation and verification of cable schedules, route plans, and as-built documentation.
Coordination with contractors, vendors, and client representatives for smooth project execution.
Ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Troubleshooting electrical issues during installation and commissioning.
Support in synchronization and power evacuation activities.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar power projects, substations, or industrial electrical projects.
Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, VCB panels, transformers, and substation equipment.
Hands-on experience in cable laying, cable termination, testing, and commissioning.
Familiarity with electrical drawings, SLDs, and project documentation.
Ability to manage site execution activities independently.
Preferred Qualification:
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
Experience in MW-scale solar projects will be an added advantage.
