Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Web Designer who can independently manage website design, development, updates, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in front-end technologies, responsive web design, and application design, with the ability to take complete ownership of projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. ● Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and responsive web interfaces. ● Ensure websites are optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. ● Independently handle website updates, modifications, troubleshooting, and maintenance. ● Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to translate business requirements into effective digital experiences. ● Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance, usability, and visual consistency. ● Work on website integrations and basic backend requirements where necessary. ● Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver them within agreed timelines.
Required Technical Skills
● Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
● Strong understanding of Responsive Web Design principles.
● Good knowledge of ES6 standards.
● Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
● Experience in web application design and development.
● Understanding of website performance, browser compatibility, and front-end optimisation.
● Ability to work with design tools such as Figma/Adobe XD is an added advantage.
Experience & Qualifications
● Minimum 4 years of relevant, hands-on experience in web design and development. ● Must be comfortable working independently and handling projects end-to-end. ● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ● Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver work with minimal supervision. ● Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of modern web design standards.
PS: JS framework knowledge will be added advantage.
Pay: ₹45,238.53 - ₹55,772.77 per month
