We are hiring a Freelancer for Domain Reputation & Email Deliverability (Remote)

Type: Freelance / Contract
Responsibilities:
- Improve and maintain domain reputation
- Monitor email deliverability performance
- Configure and optimize SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Warm up domains and IPs properly
- Reduce spam placement and improve inbox rates
- Monitor blacklist status and sender reputation
- Work with bulk email infrastructure and SMTP systems
- Provide weekly reporting and recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email deliverability
- Strong understanding of DNS records and email authentication
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SMTP, Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of spam filters and reputation monitoring tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred:
- Experience with cold email infrastructure
- Knowledge of domain warming strategies
- Familiarity with inbox placement testing tools
