Job Description – Head of Human Resources (HR Head) – Real Estate Sector
Role Overview:
The HR Head will lead the entire human resources function for the organization, aligning HR strategy with business goals, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development across real estate projects and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition for corporate, sales, and project/site roles, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.
- Oversee performance management systems, appraisals, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage payroll, compensation & benefits benchmarking, and HR budgeting.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Partner with leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
- Establish HR policies, SOPs, and digitization of HR processes.
- Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (mandatory).
- Additional certifications in labor laws or HR analytics are an advantage.
Experience:
- 12–18 years of HR experience, in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector.
- Minimum 4–5 years in a leadership role heading HR function.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strategic thinking with execution capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Timing – 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
