We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Sales Manager with an experience of minimum 2 years to join our team. The candidate will assist in planning and executing sales activities that strengthen our brand, support sales, and engage customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales representatives to achieve individual and team quotas.
- Strategic Planning: Creating and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
- Performance Analysis: Preparing sales forecasts, analyzing data, and reporting on results to senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Building long-term relationships with key clients and resolving high-level customer issues.
- Operational Management: Assigning sales territories, setting, and tracking quotas.
- Collaboration: Working with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a sales representative or manager, typically 1–5 years.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
