Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Process customer requests, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Logistics.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in B2C customer service, retail, or e-commerce will be preferred.
