Job Summary
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling visitor interactions, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records
- Maintain front office cleanliness and ensure a professional office environment.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
