Key Roles & Responsibilities
A. Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and prospects from provided databases.
- Introduce company services and generate interest among target audiences.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture prospects.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion goals.
B. Inbound Support & Query Handling
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries related to services professionally.
- Provide accurate information about offerings and direct prospects to relevant teams.
- Ensure a positive caller experience through active listening and empathy.
C. CRM & Reporting
- Update and maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules in CRM tools.
- Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share updates with the team.
- Identify patterns in call data and suggest improvements to calling scripts.
D. Learning & Communication Development
- Continuously refine communication and persuasion skills.
- Stay updated on company offerings, campaign goals, and target audience profiles.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for aligned outreach.
- Pitch company services persuasively to prospective clients and convert interest into action.
- Handle objections confidently and steer conversations toward a positive outcome.
- Follow a structured sales script while adapting naturally to each conversation.
