Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic & Video Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will bring visual ideas to life through high-impact graphic design and dynamic video editing. You will handle end-to-end media creation—from editing product photos and designing social graphics in Adobe Photoshop to editing engaging short- and long-form videos in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design (Photoshop): Create social media graphics, banner ads, email templates, website assets, and promotional marketing materials.
- Photo Editing: Perform high-end photo retouching, background removal, color correction, and image manipulation.
- Video Editing (Premiere Pro): Edit raw video footage into polished content for social channels (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), YouTube, ad campaigns, and internal media.
- Audio & Pacing: Polish video audio tracks, integrate background music, sync sound effects, and ensure dynamic visual pacing.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain visual alignment across graphics and video content according to brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Partner with copywriters and marketing specialists to translate campaign briefs into engaging multimedia assets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating photo editing/graphic design work and a video reel showing editing capabilities.
- Eye for Detail: Strong grasp of visual composition, typography, color theory, frame sequencing, and pacing.
- Project Management: Ability to manage tight deadlines, multitask, and organize project files/assets efficiently.
Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Required)
- Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics and logo design.
- Basic video shooting or lighting experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
