- Tender Preparation & Submission
- Identifying suitable tenders from government portals, private companies, and other sources.
- Preparing tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
- Ensuring compliance with tender requirements, terms, and conditions.
- Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinating with internal departments (finance, legal, procurement) to gather necessary documents.
- Managing tender-related correspondence and documentation.
- Maintaining records of past tenders and submissions.
- Market & Competitor Analysis
- Researching industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing previous tender outcomes to improve future submissions.
- Compliance & Risk Assessment
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying risks in the tendering process and addressing them.
- Negotiation & Follow-ups
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and government officials.
- Following up on submitted tenders and negotiating contract terms.
Required Skills
✔ Strong communication & writing skills (for drafting tenders and business communication)
✔ Knowledge of tender portals (like GeM, CPPP, etc.)
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & Excel (for documentation and reports)
✔ Attention to detail (to ensure accurate and compliant tender submissions)
✔ Basic financial understanding (to prepare cost estimates and bids)
✔ Time management & organizational skills (for handling multiple tenders)
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement (preferred).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with government and private sector tendering processes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
