Key Responsibilities
1. Work Execution
- Execute works as per Project Manager’s instructions.
- Study drawings and carry out site setting out as per approved plans.
- Plan and allocate labour based on site requirements.
- Ensure works are completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Maintain labour attendance (Manual & CMS) and supervise subcontractors.
- Implement safety procedures and maintain site housekeeping.
- Prepare stage-wise BBS and obtain approvals for NMR, machinery, and specialized works.
- Monitor manpower, material usage, and minimize wastage.
2. Material Management
- Raise MRNs through CMS and maintain stock records.
- Verify and acknowledge material receipts and outward movements.
- Ensure timely availability and safe storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
3. Billing & Documentation
- Record daily measurements in the M-Book.
- Prepare weekly subcontractor bills and additional work claims.
4. Reporting
- Submit monthly progress reports and work done statements to the Project Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
