Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building long-term business relationships to promote our product and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in target industries.
- Generate new business through LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Develop and present customized proposals to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
- Maintain a record of client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and networking events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales coordination or software sales
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and email writing skills
- Basic understanding of software/IT sales processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
