Assistant Manager – Roles & Duties
Assist the manager in daily business operations and team supervision
Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and work assignments
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide professional support
Maintain office records, reports, and operational documentation
Ensure company policies, procedures, and workplace standards are followed
Support sales, marketing, and business development activities when required
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination if applicable
Help organize meetings, events, and staff communications
Solve operational issues and report important matters to management
Assist in achieving company goals and improving workflow efficiency
Maintain a positive and professional work environment
Perform additional administrative and managerial duties as assigned
