Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in quantity estimation, billing, cost tracking, and project documentation while working closely with the Site Engineers. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Support material quantity estimation and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing client and subcontractor bills.
- Maintain measurement sheets, billing records, and project documentation.
- Support rate analysis and cost estimation activities.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and accounts teams.
- Prepare reports and maintain data using Microsoft Excel.
Eligibility
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of quantity surveying and estimation.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong communication and willingness to learn.
Salary: As per company standards and candidate's qualifications.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
