About the Role
We are seeking language evaluators to assess speaker auditions and ensure participants meet projectspecific linguistic, pronunciation, fluency, and naturalness requirements.
Responsibilities
-Review recorded auditions and evaluate speaker suitability.
-Assess pronunciation, fluency, accent consistency, and speech clarity.
-Evaluate emotional expressiveness and conversational naturalness.
-Document review outcomes and provide actionable feedback.
-Escalate borderline cases for secondary review.
-Maintain quality benchmarks across all approved speakers.
Requirements
-Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi, English, or regional language variants.
-Strong understanding of accents, pronunciation, and spoken language patterns.
-Prior experience in QA, transcription, voice projects, linguistics, or speech evaluation is preferred.
-Excellent listening and analytical skills.
-High attention to detail.

Pay: ₹13,005.35 - ₹38,515.75 per month
