Role Overview:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / BDE who can connect with small business owners and help them build their online presence (Google Business, Website, Social Media).
This role is highly result-oriented and ideal for someone who enjoys talking, convincing, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call small business owners (local + pan India)
- Educate them about:
- Google Business Profile setup
- Website development
- Social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable digital solutions
- Schedule meetings / demos for senior team
- Maintain call records, leads, and follow-ups
- Convert leads into paying clients
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Confident in calling and handling objections
Basic understanding of digital services (training can be provided)
Ability to achieve daily/weekly targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
