Business Development Executive / Sales Manager – Lighting Industry

We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Sales Manager to join Lumitech Energy LLP. This role involves acquiring new clients, driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, promote LED lighting solutions, manage key accounts, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B sales, projects, architects, consultants, dealers, and distributors.
- Present, promote, and sell LED lighting products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Expand market reach by generating leads and converting them into long-term customers.
- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, clients, dealers, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare compelling product presentations and demonstrate product benefits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Candidates with experience in Lighting, LED, or Electrical Sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales, project sales, key account management, and dealer/distributor management is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
