Job Summary:
The ideal candidate should hold an ITI in Electrical Trade and have minimum 2 years experience in Preventive & breakdown maintenance in a Manufacturing Industry. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairing, daily checks and maintaining electrical components to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, motors, HT/LT/DG Panels/ Lighting Checklist/ Fire Systems Equipments as per the list given and.
- Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Install, repair, and maintain wiring, lighting, power distribution, and industrial electrical components.
- Maintain and update maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and inspection records.
- Assist in planning and executing electrical shutdown and overhaul activities.
- Ensure work compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid ITI in Electrical Trade.
- Minimum 2 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT Panels, transformers, DG sets, control circuits, sensors.
- Understanding of safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and industrial electrical standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to breakdowns when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Electrical control systems and power distribution.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Career Growth:
- Salary varies based on experience and location, typically ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
