About the Role
Torero Softwares Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing support team. If you have good communication skills and a basic understanding of accounting and GST, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Location: Lower Parel (East), Mumbai
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with queries related to business management ERP software, basic accounting and GST.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely solutions.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations, accounting and GST
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
