Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, do background checks, and handle new hire onboarding
- Employee Relations: Be the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns. Help maintain positive workplace culture
- Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate with payroll team, manage leave records, attendance, insurance, and other employee benefits
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure company policies follow labor laws. Handle documentation like offer letters, contracts, exit formalities
- Records & HRMS: Maintain employee data, update HR software, prepare reports on hiring, attrition, headcount
- Training & Development: Organize training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities
### Key Skills
- Communication: You’ll talk to candidates, managers, and employees daily
- Organization: Lots of paperwork, deadlines, and data to track
- People skills: Empathy + discretion, because people bring personal issues to HR
- Knowledge: Basic labor law knowledge, HRMS tools like SAP, Zoho People, Keka. Excel is a must
- Problem solving: Handle conflicts and policy questions calmly
### Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, MBA in HR i
- Experience: 0- 2 years for a mid-level Executive role. Freshers can start as HR Trainee/Assistant
